1 skinless chicken breast sliced
Caesar salad dressing
4 rashers rindless bacon chopped
¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
½ cup croutons
Cos lettuce, washed and shredded
1 Tbspn oil
Place eggs in saucepan and bring to boil, simmer for 7 minutes or according to desired softness of yolk. Remove shell when cooked and cut in halves.
Meanwhile heat oil in pan and cook bacon according to desired taste. Place aside.
Add chicken to pan and cook quickly. Remove when browned slightly both sides.
In two separate bowls arrange Cos lettuce leaves, drizzle with desired amount of Caesar sauce.
Divide chicken and bacon between bowls.
Add shaved parmesan, croutons and 1 halved egg each.
Alternatively add anchovies or cook extra eggs if desired.
