6-8 beef sausages
1 brown onion chopped
1 Tbspn gravox powder
1 cup water
1 tspn sugar
1 Tbspn tomato sauce
1 Tbspn curry powder
1Tbspn olive oil
1 cup rice or 4 large potatoes
Heat oil in large frying pan and sauté onion then remove from pan.
Brown sausages in pan, turning occasionally and dice to desired size once cooked.
Mix gravox in cup of water and combine all ingredients.
Bring to boil and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile boil rice or potatoes for 15-20 minutes (longer if potatoes kept whole), drain and serve.
Serve sausages over rice or potatoes.
Alternatively cook potatoes in foil amongst camp fire coals.
